2、 Basic structure and operation method:

This machine consists of a feeding hopper, a rotating roller, a vibrating screen, and a frame. Each machine is equipped with 2 types of sieves, which are classified into large and small sizes according to the size of the sieve. For users to choose according to the size and type of peanuts when removing them.

2. The whole machine should be stabilized before use. To avoid the whole machine moving during peeling and improve the screening quality, the tightness of the V-belt should be adjusted appropriately. Lubricating oil should be added to the rotating parts. Machinery needs to be installed horizontally

3. Before shelling, peanut fruits should be screened and classified Choose a sieve according to the size of the flower. When everything is ready, turn on the power and let the machine run idle for about 5 minutes. When no abnormalities are found, pour the peanut fruits into the feeding hopper for peeling. By removing the shell and screening, adjust the regulating door inside the hopper to the optimal position, then tighten the carbon nut of the regulating door, and the machine can work normally The selected smaller and lighter peanut fruits can be re shelled twice.

4. When peeling, if the breakage rate of peanut kernels exceeds 5%, appropriate water can be sprayed in advance to moisten the peanut fruit

3、 Safe use and maintenance:
1. Before starting up, the bolts must be checked one by one with a wrench, and there must be no looseness. The operator should pay attention to the transmission belt to avoid accidents.
2. It is strictly prohibited for operators to insert their hands into the feeding port
3. When the machine produces abnormal sounds, it should be stopped immediately. After identifying the cause and troubleshooting, it can be restarted.
